    Let's Chat a bit about how we Connect!

    Step 1: Initial Consultation

    We start our process by getting you to fill out our online "Configuration Tool" found under the "CONFIGURE" tab at the top of this page. That gives our team an initial idea about what you need and allows us to reference the form and store this with your design moving forward. The next step is to chat on the phone and decide more specific details regarding your system needs.

    Step 2: Design Mock Up

    See your system come to life! We will design the system and send you a design image mock up that includes a custom panel design, case selection, output and input configuration and any other details pertinent to the design. This allows you to see the product before it is actually built and make any changes in advance. This quote will include a complete plug and play system with all necessary power, data and spare cables needed. We also create a Master Template for your DAW that will allow you to setup your programming to match the output assignments and input assignments of the physical hardware.

    Step 3: Quote Approval

    Our systems are all built custom to your needs, however we do maintain a certain amount of continuity between all of our touring playback systems. Once the quote is agreed upon we will place our parts order and have our techs start assembling the system. Our standard fabrication time is 21 days from payment.

    Step 4: Programming

    We offer in depth training on multiple DAW's and have a team of certified trainers we work with that can handle any programming task no matter the complexity. We also offer short video tutorials if you have a question we can quickly do a screen share or screen capture and create a video tutorial specific to your exact needs. We provide a template using programming methodology that has been tried and tested worldwide on the largest of stages so rest assured we have you covered. We will send you a custom playback template with your I/O assignments and our Audio Output Test Sequence-Midi Output Test Sequence-Timecode Test- and anything else specific to your shows needs. This way you can make sure all is good in playback world and test everything that is attached to you via midi/audio and timecode.

    Step 5: Delivery

    At this point the session, playback system, computers and all programming is done and the system is show ready. We can either ship to you directly, deliver the system or you can schedule a pickup in Nashville at our offices. If you want to schedule a training and pickup that can easily be arranged with one of our trainers. We can walk you through the entire process of line check and the testing sequences that we have put in place.

    We can work directly with your producer and arrange for stems to be delivered to us for programming to match the design specifications of the hardware and custom template we create for you. We can handle all programming including midi program changes and setting up timecode for your production team. We offer programming options for Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Digital Performer, Resolume Arena, Notch, Disguise, and GrandMA lighting consoles.
